Yes, they should put a better warning on the cigarettes, "warning, these will kill you, but first you will have shortness of breath, turn yellow, cough alot and be financially ruined from the addiction, enjoy"-Citizen
Toleration to cigarretes is all in the genes. If you have a parent with lung disease,whether you smoke or not, you're half way there. Ever wonder why people who have NEVER smoked get lung cancer? "Second hand" smoke you say? Lots of folks exposed to second hand smoke never get lung cancer. I know of a case of a 105 year old woman who totally enjoys her cigs. Her friends are bugging her to quit.It's all in the genes.
I would not say its all in the genes by the strengh but your constitution and predisposition to disease is genetic. But if you decide to smoke 5 packs a day and turn your lungs into raisens then one could easily say, the cigerettes killed you, it does not have to be one or the other but a combination of many factors.
You're right Citizen. We can control our smoking. It can't hurt.
